• How is the beauty industry currently faring? The beauty industry in India is growing at over 17 per cent and is at a post-emergent stage. With the economy growing, opportunities and disposable incomes are also increasing; people are investing more in themselves and personal grooming. Beauty products will find an increased consumption as per capita income is growing.

The industry is hiring at a rate of at least 15 per cent - 20 per cent to fill in requirements - both at entry and managerial levels. The cosmetics and beauty industry seeks specific requirements and skills that understand beauty and aesthetics better.
